We wanted to create modern, flexible townhomes that provide occupants with great views and the ability to convert their space to meet the varying needs of single-family homes and short-term rentals.
The Hover Box
There are two contrasting elements to each unit. The first is the home itself: A pure, floating white box above the ground. The second is the gray flex space and stairs. Designed to be converted to a garage or remain as an Airbnb unit, offers flexibility and great resale.
