Project Goal: To create modern, flexible, townhomes that provide occupants with great views and the ability to convert their space to meet the varying needs of single-family homes and short-term rentals.
Concept: The hovering box: There are two contrasting elements to each unit. The first is the home itself, the white box, pure and floating above the ground. The second is the gray flex space and stairs. Designed to be converted to a garage or remaining an Airbnb unit offers flexibility and great re-sale.
