Expansive flat roofs with deep overhangs extend outward into the woods, framing views and drawing the eye beyond the interior. Stone facades wrap the home, grounding the architecture within its site and offering a quiet contrast to the lightness of the extended roof forms above.
Carefully positioned openings draw natural light deep into the home while maintaining a strong connection to the forest beyond, which reinforces a sense of shelter within the canopy and a continuous dialogue between built form and landscape.
