CW Architects began creating individual townhome spaces focused on connecting the occupant and yard space with the scales of a townhome.
Innovating Townhome Design in Nashville
Each townhome includes 3 bedrooms, flex space, and living areas that open to the side and rear yards. The design separates the homes into two volumes: a wooden tower for entry and circulation, and a brick box for main living spaces. A fiber cement panel ribbon wraps these volumes, climbing from the yard to the roof decks. These geometric forms clearly express the home’s distinct functions and programs.
