Due to the site's complex shape and slope, the layout, size, and shape of the townhomes vary greatly between units. Taking precedent from the Brooklyn brownstone, the concept for the project became "a street wall." Using several brick planes the architecture creates an individual identity between townhomes. The plane's consistent geometry and material allow for the varying townhomes to become unified into one large street wall and one project.

 

The project is planned to start construction in 2020
